My go to bbq place in town always been a great place to eat

When ever I'm within 100 miles I visit The Dixie Pig for a Pig sandwich. I always get a second sandwich "to go" to enjoy later. Best I've ever had and I'm 68 years old.

Overall experience was pretty good! Quality service with a twist of southern hospitality. BBQ was homestyle, not over the top, but still good! Overall experience- 6/10

I loved the setting. Great family feel. My waitress couldn't have been any sweeter. I enjoyed my pulled pork and trying their two or three home brewed sauces.my onion rings were few but good. I would definitely eat here again.

First off, Cherry cobbler and onion rings should not, I repeat should not be your best seller at the oldest BBQ restaurant in Blytheville.. It's a BBQ restaurant therefore the BBQ should wow the customers, not cobbler n rings.. Second, they charge too much considering the very small quantity of food u actually get. Then the pulled pork had no seasoning. Just bland smoked meat.. Last, they do not sell ribs or chicken, just hamburgers & pulled-pork. Very unsourthern like.. The lady in the red trailer on Hays parking lot on Walnut, and Yanks BBQ behind them, or even Benny Bobs on E. Main taste 100% better, more veriety, and Southern flavored🙌✊.. As as far as taste?!!.. Dixie would be last on the list👎💯.

Good food put kept calling me a Mexican

The bar b que was far below average. I wouldn't even call it a bar b que place. Glorified diner.

I read all the reviews & decided to try it. The onion rings are exceptionally good, best thing. The fries and the chopped pork are great. The house sauce is the most "vinegar-ry" I've ever tasted. Definitely not my favorite. The other sauce offered was okay. The service was very friendly & quick. Enjoyed it, but wouldn't go out of my way to return.

Went in with a group of coworkers. We all had the same opinion. The BBQ isn’t good. Meat was dry. The service was ok at best.

This is a historical place to eat barbeque in the state of Arkansas. I think it's the very best in the entire State! It's never greasy. The sides are good. The coffee is a tradition and you can get quick take out too.

Wha! You. Didn't show your amazing "pig salad" most of my family lives in Kansas City, Missouri. When they get off 155 they head for the Dixie pig, for a huge. Salad' then they come to my and my sister's house. We went to a restaurant, in Kansas, who had a pig salad_they were famous for. It did not compare, and cost twice as much. Keep. Up the good work!!

Have eaten at the Dixie Pig on and off all of my life, by far the BEST BBQ around! Oh and the Pig Sauce to die for!

The food and service was both great! Such a tiny, homely restaurant that serves some really good sandwiches.

I ordered the barbecue plate, when it arrived, I was in unbelief. The fries looked old(don’t know if they had been sitting around for little while or old grease) and for the plate and drink to cost over $13, the serving size was small. I buttered up my roll and took one bite when I see mold on the roll. The waitress was very polite, but by now my appetite was gone. Still don’t know what the barbecue tastes like, only wished I had taken a picture to share. This was only my second time to ever eat here, but now my last!!!

Pig salad with ranch is the best ever I try to eat here at least once a week

Great BBQ sandwiches. You can buy bottles of their home made vinegar based hot sauce to take home. Great French fries and onion rings. Homey atmosphere. Small town, lots of customers know each other.

Pig Salad was delicious. The vinegar BBQ sauce won me over, and the blue cheese dressing is superb.

Old favorite any time we travel north to see family. Best BBQ in the States!

I was a little disappointed, the food was dry. There was a bunch of us that showed up and caught them off guard. Still I think the food should have been better.

Don't bother. Very little chopped pork on sandwich and not meat..dry burnt pieces. Not overly friendly. "BBQ" pork only. fried chicken and ham. I can usually find a positive...ehhh...not so much.

Wonderful place to visit friends. It wouldn't be Blytheville without the Dixie Pig. BUT, their bbq is way to smokey for me. Their salads aren't very good. They do have great fries. As you can tell, I'm not fond of their food, but the atmosphere is very friendly. Others may find it much better than I do.

You can't find a better Pig Sandwich in the world! No where no how!

Really good bbq. Love the sauce. Google says open in Sunday, but that is not true. I've never found a bbq place in AR open on Sunday. You might as well be looking for beer. Great place M-S though.

I'm from Michigan, so therefore, I have little idea what REAL BBQ taste like. However, I love the southern style vinegary BBQ sauce on the pork. It was so good! Everything, including the sides, were far better than what you'd get in Michigan, and cheaper too. Another thing that stood out was the rolls. They melt in your mouth! And finally, when we were here, the servicr was great. Because we were new customers and we're from Michigan, they gave us free BBQ sauce! How's that for customer service?

YES PLEASE! Love their style of Pork BBQ! Vinegar based and spicy! Can't wait to head back!

The food was excellent. Everything is homemade and tastes like it, too. And the service is outstanding. The waitress was friendly, helpful and very efficient. Food was fast and serving size was good for the price.

I love this amazing restaurant. The people that work there are very kind. Treat people how they are supposed to be treated. And top-notch service.

Ordered LG pig sandwich barely any meat I got more coleslaw than meat. Order of fries not even a handful. Food tasted good was probably only positive but when you pay for more and get less it makes you a little bit disappointed and still hungry.

As I read all the reviews, I see many bad ones...wondering if you really gave Dixie Pig a chance or just followed the crowd and gave a bad review. Dixie Pig is a staple in our home town. They have ALWAYS treated me and everyone else dining in there the SAME. They do not keep so called rude staff on their payroll so I do not know where that is coming from. ALSO, THE PIG SALAD IS THE BEST AROUND...FOR THAT FACT...IT IS THE BEST I HAVE EVER HAD!! Home town, family owned restaurants like this are rare and definitely not too many exist anymore but DIXIE PIG...YOU ARE THE BOMB in my book!
